WELCOME TO FROC! 
Thank you for visiting our site. We are a unique social network of runners who want to run to meet a goal, make new friends, strengthen bonds with old ones, or just run for FUN!
This group is the brain child of two runners who met while training for a marathon. They became fast friends and realized how much they had in common. In the process, they learned that running with other like minded folks was not only more fun, but made it easier to stick to your goals! They wanted a group that catered to all levels of runners and walkers. Members include runners who are fitness runners, social runners, and more competitive runners. The miles fly by quickly when you are running with a group of friends.
